Elena Douglas is the founder of Primary Focus and CEO of Knowledge Society. An economist and education reform advocate, she previously co-founded the Centre for Social Impact at UWA and led Advance – Global Australian Professionals. Her work has centred on addressing disadvantage through evidence-based education, curriculum reform and system-wide improvement. She also serves on the Advisory Board of Deloitte Access Economics.

Anne Goodall is a service design leader with 25 years’ experience in user-centred design, evaluation and stakeholder engagement. As Design and Development Lead at Knowledge Society, she works with education specialists to create practical school improvement programs for system leaders, principals and teachers. Her career spans government, not-for-profit and university roles, including leading a social impact consultancy, with a track record of driving practice change across education, health, housing and community services.
