Anne Goodall

Anne Goodall is a service design expert with 25 years of experience in enhancing the social impact of organisations. Her skills encompass user-centered design, implementation science, evaluation, and community and stakeholder engagement. She has a proven track record of driving practice change and improving programs across diverse sectors such as education, health, aged care, homelessness and housing,employment, and community-building. In her role as Design and Development Lead for Knowledge Society, Anne has collaborated with education specialists to develop user-friendly and effective school improvement programs and products for education system staff, school leaders, and teachers. She has previously managed a social impact consultancy and held positions in government, not-for-profit, and university settings.
